ACIF is staffed by experienced professionals from the construction, events and associations industries. ACIF operates as a virtual organisation with staff in different locations around Australia, working closely with consultants and subject matter experts to research, develop and deliver initiatives that provide benefits throughout the construction industry.

Peter has been Executive Director of ACIF since January 2008. He is a lapsed construction lawyer, and a former CEO of the Building Industry Specialist Contractors Organisation of Australia, the Property Council of Australia, the Commonwealth Government Construction Industry Development Agency, and the Master Builders Association of NSW. |

Jill has been Event Manager for ACIF since January 2008. She ran her own event management business for many years, and taught event management at universities and TAFEs, and in many Asian countries. Prior to that she was Director of Education and Member Services for the Property Council of Australia. |

Pia has been planning and delivering marketing and communication programs for associations, not for profit and SMEs for over 15 years. She is passionate about the role of effective communication in building a strong community, and the benefits it provides for all stakeholders.
