Productivity Tools

The ACIF website provides tools to lift productivity across all parts of the development cycle – from planning thorough design, construction, operation and maintenance.

ACIF produces some of the tools itself or in cooperation with other organisations, and provides links to tools provided by others.

ACIF and the Australasian Procurement and Construction Council have finalised  and published  a Guide to Project Initiation. Work continues on a suite of tools to help form and manage Integrated Project Teams (IPTs).The current draft discussion paper on  IPTs can be downloaded – see the link below.
