Productivity Tools
The ACIF website provides tools to lift productivity across all parts of the development cycle – from planning thorough design, construction, operation and maintenance.
ACIF produces some of the tools itself or in cooperation with other organisations, and provides links to tools provided by others.
Tools that are presently under production are a Project Initiation Guide and a Guide to Integrated Project Teams, both joint initiatives with the Australian Procurement and Construction Council. The current drafts of these guides are available for download and review, and comments on the drafts are welcome.
