ACIF BriefingACIF Briefings are held in cities around Australia in April and September each year. Presentations include the release of the updated ACIF Forecasts, as well as market updates from across the asset creation process. Local leaders present on construction costs; movements in commercial property; as well as the drivers of productivity on construction sites. The panel discussion is focussed on the key issues affecting the industry at the time and can reveal divergent views or consensus.

Invitations to ACIF Briefings are sent to subscribers in ACIF enews six weeks before the event, with full details on the ACIF website under 'events'. Registration to ACIF Briefings can be made online or by fax/post, offering discounted rates for full tables of eight.

Copies of the presentations from ACIF Briefings are provided to delegates attending the events, and are available from this website in the weeks following the events.

April 2012

The April 2012 ACIF Briefings were the first to reveal the demand driven forecasts that will be available over the coming year for 21 locales around Australia, including capital cities and 15 key regional areas.

September 2011

The September 2011 ACIF Briefings were the first to extend to Perth and Adelaide, with sell out success in those cities. These were also the first ACIF Briefings under the refreshed name and format, featuring outlook presentations by industry experts in each state.

The events held in April 2011 were the last in the 'old' format under the name 'Construction Forecasting Breakfasts', and focussed mainly on the updated ACIF Forecasts. More
